Biography

Howdy. I'm originally from Ohio and graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio with a B.A. in Geology and Communication in 2013. While studying, I ran for the school's cross country and track teams, held an internship with Springfield's Stormwater Utility and wrote an honors thesis on the Geology of Spongebob Squarepants. The past 4 years I've lived in Australia, Virginia, Maryland and all along the Appalachian Trail. I have been working as an environmental consultant since 2013 where I perform groundwater sampling, create flow models, and maintain remedial systems. I'm excited for the opportunity to study sustainable aquifer management focusing on point source contamination prevention along with water conflict management here at OSU.
