Laura is a native Oregonian who received her B.S. from University of Oregon in Economics and International Studies. She worked in the private sector as a Team Leader for an international finance company before coming to OSU. Her research interests include: behavioral economics for natural resources, the environmental Kuznet's curve, and water transactions.
