My fields of professional interest are institutional mechanisms of cooperation on transboundary rivers, application of international water law, particularly in Central Asia. As volunteering activity I try to work on empowering young water specialists from my region and some capacity building projects. Finally, I am enthusiastic and pretty organised person who want to practice minimalism.
