Emphasis on developing technical skills, perfecting oral presentations and writing, participating in interdisciplinary / collaborative projects.

Favorite Memory from OSU: 

Presenting at the Water Resources Symposium. Rafting trip down the Deschutes River and tour of Round Butte dam. Rafting the White Salmon River and touring the dam removal site.

Advice to incoming/current students: 

Present research at brown bags, webinars. Eat more free pizza (attend seminars, meetings, social events)!
