Edward Weber - Political Science
My name is Ingria Jones and I have been interested in water resources management for about 10 years. In 2010, I received my B.A. from Bennington College in Vermont where I focused in Environmental Studies and researched the Tri-State negotiations between Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, among other water-related topics. In the past 5 years, I have lived in Georgia, Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma and worked as an environmental educator and outdoor leader. I have learned about water-focused non-profits by interning with the Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper in Atlanta and the Deschutes River Conservancy in Bend, Oregon. I'm delighted to be a student in OSU's Water Resources Policy and Management program and I am excited to learn more about water transfers, water pricing, and collaborative watershed management."
